400m Buddy Carry Run
*Two teammates work at all times while the third one rests. On the wall balls band sit-ups partners must alternate reps. Teams will stay together on the buddy carry run and simply rotate between carrying/being carried/resting (but still moving).
Tabata (4 minutes of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off each movement)
