Nickalaus Hart is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and former Army servicemember who brings encouragement, grit, and heart to the Mat-Su CrossFit community. Originally from Reading, Pennsylvania, Nickalaus found CrossFit after years of athletic and military training—and quickly fell in love with the challenge and community it brings.
Since beginning his coaching journey in early 2025, Nickalaus has been committed to helping athletes of all levels move better, feel stronger, and build the confidence to reach their goals. His style is motivational and laid-back, making athletes feel welcome, supported, and ready to push beyond what they thought was possible.
